Thanks for your nice words.
I agree, nothing to beat a mutton do piaza which relaeses its own juices. For this one must have excellent succulent mutton like you get in Delhi and other places.
Out here in Pune one gets Bolai Mutton in most places which is good for Kolhapuri style rassa, not ideal for Do Piaza. That's why I make do with Chicken.

My dear lord Mr Vkarve you are the man after my own heart .... here lets say taste :)

I love Mutton DO Piyazza and this time when i went to Kolkata i took my hubby to chandni chowk  where there was ans still is this old hotel named SHabbir which had the most tasty Do Piyaazza on its Menu served with hot hot Naans .......... yummmyyyyyyyyy.... this time round also i was not at all disappointed we just sat there and had our fill .

thank you for sharing out this dish i could never get it ever right ..... am going to try out your recipe now with the chicken.  But nothing like the mutton one .... which releases its own juices
